Hi, I’m Yaravi, but most people just call me Yari! I’m a true Houston native and I am so excited to be joining The Galleria Hair Salon team as an assisstant.

 

I’ve always loved beauty and creativity, but what really drew me to this industry is the way a great hairstyle can completely transform how someone feels about themselves. My absolute favorite part of any appointment is that final reveal in the mirror, there is nothing better than creating a look that makes you feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of yourself. When you sit in my chair, my biggest priority is that you feel heard and understood. I want the whole experience to be fun, relaxing, and personal, not just another haircut.

 

If I had to describe myself, I’d say I’m bubbly, genuine, outgoing, and definitely a little goofy. I love making people laugh and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable being exactly who they are. I joined The Galleria Hair Salon because I wanted to be part of an inspiring, creative energy where I can keep growing my skills and build genuine connections alongside other passionate beauty professionals.

 

Outside of the salon, I’m an Aquarius through and through, which means I love doing things my own unique way! I am almost always planning my next adventure, even when I just got back from one! I love traveling, going to music festivals especially for the energy and the fashion (EDM, R&B, and hip-hop are my favorites), and exploring new spots around Houston. I’m also a huge foodie; I love a great bowl of pho loaded with fatty brisket, tendon, tripe, and flank, and I am definitely a sweet coffee girl.

 

Whether I’m out exploring or having a slow, cozy day at home cooking and hanging out with my cats, I love finding the joy in small things. I can’t wait to meet you, hear your stories, and create some beautiful hair together!
