Payment Policy​

At The Galleria Hair Salon, we want to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible. Our payment policies are designed to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service while maintaining financial stability.

  1. Accepted Forms of Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, CashApp, Zelle, and NFC payments. We do not accept personal checks or payments over the phone.

  2. Payment Expectations: Payment is expected at the time of service. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, we may ask that you provide a credit card or other form of payment as a deposit.

  3. Late Payment Fees or Penalties: If you are unable to pay at the time of service and have provided a deposit, we will charge the remaining balance to the credit card or other form of payment provided. If your payment is declined, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee or penalty.

  4. Gratuity Policy: Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. If you are satisfied with your service, you are welcome to provide a gratuity to your stylist or other service provider. Tips can be given in cash or added to your credit card or debit card payment.

  5. Payment Plans: We offer payment plans through Vagaro to split your total cost interest-free over 4 payments. Please inquire with our front desk staff for more information.
